Terms of Service

1. Using Sendier
Sendier provides tools for creating personalized email outreach, reviewing generated content, and sending messages through a connected Gmail account. You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for how you use the service.
2. Gmail authorization
If you connect Gmail, you authorize Sendier to use the Gmail sending permission you approve through Google's OAuth consent flow. You may revoke that access through your Google account settings.
3. Acceptable use
You must use Sendier lawfully and comply with applicable email, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property laws. You must not use Sendier to send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or malicious content, or to violate another person's rights.
4. Email responsibility
You are responsible for your recipient lists, email content, sending practices, consent or lawful basis where required, and compliance with Gmail's policies. Sendier does not guarantee inbox placement or delivery and cannot control how Gmail or a recipient's email provider classifies messages.
5. Generated content
Sendier may help generate or personalize email content. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sending and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your recipients.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Sendier available and reliable, but the service may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. Third-party services, including Google, may also experience outages or impose limits outside Sendier's control.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Sendier, its users, third parties, or service providers, or to address unlawful or abusive use.
8. Disclaimer
Sendier is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the service will meet every particular requirement, operate without interruption, or result in successful email delivery.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use of Sendier after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
