Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

1. What Sendier does

Sendier is a web application for personalized email outreach. It helps users organize recipient information, generate and review email content, and send messages through a connected Gmail account.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use Sendier, you may provide recipient email addresses and other outreach information, as well as email subjects and message content. You may also connect a Google account so Sendier can send email on your behalf.

3. Google and Gmail data

When you connect Gmail, Sendier requests the Gmail permission needed to send messages: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. Sendier uses this permission to send email messages through Gmail. Sendier does not request Gmail read access as part of its normal connection flow.

Sendier receives an OAuth refresh token from Google so the connected Gmail account can continue to authorize sending. The refresh token is encrypted before it is stored in private application storage. Sendier does not sell Google or Gmail data.

4. How information is used

Information is used to provide Sendier's email outreach features, personalize and prepare messages, maintain campaign state, and send messages requested by the user. Information is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

5. Storage and security

Sendier uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect application data, including encrypted storage of Gmail OAuth refresh tokens and private application storage for server-side campaign data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-party services

Sendier uses Google services for Gmail authorization and email delivery. Those services process information according to their own policies. Sendier may also use infrastructure providers to host the application and store application data.

7. Data retention and deletion

Sendier retains application data for as long as it is needed to provide the requested features or maintain campaign history. You can stop using a connected Gmail account and request deletion of application data by contacting Sendier. We will take reasonable steps to remove data that is no longer required for a legitimate operational purpose.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Sendier's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or data-deletion requests, use the contact method provided by Sendier or the support contact associated with the service.
